allfashiondirect offers the following shipping options for delivery within the U.S.
At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or US territories.
allfashiondirect use UPS to offer the following shipping options:
- 2nd Day Air
- 3 Day Select
- Ground

*Product Processing Information:
- Shipping method cutoff times during the last 7-10 days before major holidays (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas) may differ from our regular cutoff days and times. (Please refer to individual product pages for details.)
- Many personalized gifts require additional business days for processing. Please refer to individual product pages for details.

Shipping Details:
- Orders require one to two business days to process before shipping.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by carriers.
- Perishable gifts may have restrictions on shipping method.
- Shipping Surcharge: Some items may have an additional shipping and handling surcharge. (Please refer to individual product pages for details.)
- Shipping handling Charge:
- Gift Certificates are shipped free of charge using USPS First Class delivery.
- Alaska and Hawaii items ship via 2 Business Day Service and may require an additional day for delivery.
- If you order more than one item and one or more of your items are backordered, your in-stock item(s) will be shipped per our normal processing time. Your backordered item(s) will be shipped separately at no additional charge when they become available.

At allfashiondirect, we stand behind our products, our service and you, our customer. If, for any reason, you or your gift recipient is not fully satisfied with your gift, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will exchange it or issue a gift certificate or refund.
(Please note that monogrammed and personalized gifts are not eligible for exchange or refund unless they are damaged.. Additionally, we are unable to refund gift box or gift wrap charges and cannot accept them as a return.) |

To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
- Repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip.
- Obtain a return (RMA) number by calling Customer Service, toll-free 1-877-326-7799
- Include the RMA number in the following return shipping address:

For your security, please return your package with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. allfashiondirect is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
If you are returning a gift because it is damaged or defective or you did not receive the product ordered, allfashiondirect will provide a prepaid UPS return label. |
