Pricing & Billing

Payment Method Accepted

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, or Discover.
  • Personal Checks, Cashier's Checks or Money Orders made payable to "Nefful USA, Inc" will be accepted, however, orders will not be processed until we receive full payment. There will be a $30 insufficient fund check fee. For added security, the payee’s Driver’s License number must be written on the check used for payment. No check payments will be accepted and orders will not be processed without this information.
Processing Time
Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Customer Service to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the rigorous review by our Customer Service, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment.

Sales Tax
Most states require Independent Distributors to pay applicable sales tax based on the Suggested Retail Price of the products and the Distributor Cost of Sales aids. All Orders will be subject to sale tax based on the "ship-to" address.

Invoices / Receipts
Can the company send me the yellow invoice and send the only pink invoices to my retail customers?
Yes. When you are checking out, after you fill out the billing and shipping information, you can find "Special Request" at the bottom of the page. Please type in your request and our Customer Service will mail the invoices separately.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • $8.00 for order total $499.99 or less; $6.00 for order total $500.00-$799.99; FREE for order totals $800.00 and above. (Sales Aids will not be calculated towards Order Net. No combined shipping). 48 Contiguous states only.
  • For Hawaii and Alaska: Flat rate $30.00/first order. For each additional order shipping to the same address, there is a $10 charge per order. (Multiple orders must be received at the same time for Hawaii and Alaska only).
  • Fedex 3-day, 2-day and next-day air services are available with extra charge.

Exchange Policy
Product Exchange/Replace Policy for Distributors - Original invoice(s) required
Nefful will exchange unworn garments with all tags attached and unopened Nesse products in its original package within 30 days of invoice subject to the following conditions: A processing fee of $5.00 shall apply to the exchange of such products pursuant to this policy. There is no processing fee for the exchange of items if they were defective, incorrectly sent, damaged in transit or of substandard quality. Nefful will also exchange products for free of charge if purchasers exchange for the same garment products in different colors and/or sizes, or exchange Nesse products for another Nesse product. Under any circumstances, there will be no exchange for any promotional or discontinued items. Nefful will replace unopened Newell products within 14 days from the invoice date only if the products were damaged in shipment, were incorrectly sent, or are of substandard quality. Returned Newell products will be replaced with the same item(s). All exchanges are allowed only if you are exchanging for an item or items of equal or greater value. Products will not be allowed for exchange if it has been used (i.e., tried on, worn, washed, discolored or damaged). Products will also not be allowed for exchange if the packaging or the instructions are missing or damaged.

Buyback Policy
Buyback Policy - All buyback will require resignation of Distributorship. Original invoice(s) required.
Nefful will buyback unworn, resalable, and restockable merchandise with all tags attached in its original package. Nefful will refund distributor of a Distributor Kit one-hundred-percent (100%) for a period of seventy-two (72) hours from the date of receipt of the kit. Refund will be issued upon return of the kit. After seventy-two (72) hours from the date of receipt of the kit, no refund will be issued.

Nefful will buy back from distributor with the following conditions: a) Limited quantity merchandise ninety-percent (90%) for a period of 3 months; b) Newell products ninety-percent (90%) within 7 days; c) Nesse and Nature's Clean products ninety-percent (90%) for a period of 3 months; d) all other products ninety-percent (90%) for a period of 12 months, from the date of receipt of the product, less actual shipping charges and applicable bonus and commission earned. Please allow 14 days for us to process your request.
